JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Walmart Specialist to join our offshore team. Our ideal candidate will be able to evaluate and solve almost ANY Walmart Marketplace Seller Center problem from store health, account health, and especially listing issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage Walmart listings using the Item360 platform and bulk upload features
  • Perform daily store audits on product listings and storefronts
  • Manage Walmart storefronts by updating new products and seasonal changes as requested
  • Uploading New Items and New Item Variant listings
  • Contacting Seller Support to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Manage Suppressed listings
  • Resolve Performance issues - Identify product, service, compliance, searchability/discoverability issues, and resolve them accordingly
  • Monitor and report any issues with listings to ensure buy box wins
  • You must have in-depth knowledge of Content Quality Scoring and the Seller Center platforms listing optimization functions
SKILLS required:
  • ALL AROUND EXPERT with the creation, uploading, editing, and troubleshooting of product listings on the Walmart Seller Center platform
  • MINIMUM 3+ years experience with Walmart Seller Central
  • MUST HAVE experience with flat files to create, set up, edit, troubleshoot Walmart listings
  • MUST HAVE written/verbal experience with Walmart Seller Central to investigate issues, create and manage cases, and/or actively resolve issues with escalation or documentation submission
  • MUST HAVE high attention to detail and be obsessive about resolving listing and/or account issues
  • Ability to evaluate, seek out information, and proactively solve problems without guidance
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, with additional experience using Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
