About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with at least 5 years of proven experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in system development, capable of designing scalable solutions, and passionate about delivering high-quality software that drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement end-to-end software systems and applications.
  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable system designs.
  • Enhance and optimize existing systems to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure system reliability, availability, and security by following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Operations) to align solutions with business needs.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce software development standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide support during system deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or system development.
  • Proficiency in [insert relevant languages: e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript].
  • Proficiency in Java and Python (required), JavaScript (preferred)
  • Strong background in system design, architecture, and integration.
  • Familiarity with frameworks/tools like [React, Angular, , .NET, Spring Boot, etc.].
  • Strong experience with React and (required), experience with Angular (advantageous)
  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API development.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, RESTful API development required
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Must be able to pass standard background and reference checks
