About the role:

This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of cutting-edge software applications.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable Java-based software solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that meets both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software engineering practices and processes
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in the Java development landscape

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Proficiency in Java frameworks and libraries, such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven
  • Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and ORM tools
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
