Egis Projects Philippines Inc (EPPI) provide services to private sector entities involved in the business of building, operating or managing roadways, railways, and other transportation infrastructure projects.

· Preparing, coordinating internally and externally the interim payment application for the project and ensuring submission to the client on a timely manner.

· Monitoring and updating the Contractual Obligations register including coordination with the Project Team on such obligations.

· Participate in Risks and Opportunities (R&O) review meeting and updating of the R&O register.

· Providing advice to the Project Team on contractual issues.

· Responsible for writing correspondences especially on contractual issues.

· Lead the preparation and coordination with the Project Team the proposal for any change order request from the client.

· Identifying potential claims, checking for compliance with applicable contractual terms and ensuring effective negotiation and settlement of claims.

· In-charge of contractual aspects of Subcontract Agreements including review and assessment of offensive claims.

· Interfacing with internal functions to evaluate contract compliance; consolidate and coordinate the information with appropriate stakeholders.

· Preparing claims to negotiate with clients, including the calculation of losses incurred through defaults on contractual obligations, formulating suggestions to remedy failure to meet contractual obligations.

· Implementation and application of contract management principles based on Egis P1 (contract acquisition) and P2 (contract execution) processes.

· Providing support to the Regional Contracts Manager as needed on contractual matters including preparation and conducting contract management trainings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably with PRC license

  • Minimum of 5 years' work experience in similar capacity in a major construction project

  • Familiar with FIDIC, NEC or any EPC form of contract

  • Has quantity surveying experience

  • Good organizational skill and keen to details

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
