Sales and Retails Operations Officer/Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising multiple retail store locations, ensuring smooth operations, quality merchandising, and excellent customer service.

Store Operations and Supervision

  • Visit and monitor assigned stores on a daily or scheduled rotation
  • Supervise Sales Associates and ensure they follow store standards and SOPs.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to sales associates.
  • Address store concerns and escalate issues when needed.

Sales and Customer Service

  • Actively promote and sell products in-store when necessary.
  • Ensure Sales Associates deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor store performance and identify high – or low-moving products.

Merchandising & Inventory

  • Check store merchandising quality: product display, cleanliness, and brand standard compliance.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Ensure stocks are sufficient and coordinate replenishment.
  • Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items.

Data Organization & Reporting

  • Compile and submit daily and weekly reports from various assigned stores.
  • Consolidate sales data, inventory updates, and operational concerns.
  • Track performance indicators and provide insights for improvements.

Brand Representation

  • Maintain a professional and positive image in all stores visited.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all branches.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or substitute with Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant work experience.

Experience:

- At least 2-3 years' experience in retail, merchandising, & store supervision(beauty, skincare, lifestyle brands is an advantage)

  • Experience using Sprout or similar timekeeping systems is an advantage

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools

  • Knoweledge in merchandising and basic inventory management

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude and well-groomed appearance

  • Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Physically fit and comfortable travelling/roving across locations

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Detail Oriented and process-driven mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing sales environment

  • Maintains confidentiality and data integrity
