Position: Property Management Associate
Location: Tagaytay / Cavite Area
We are seeking a Property Management Associate to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property, including accommodations and farm-related activities. This role requires a proactive, organized, and service-oriented individual who can manage property standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related 4-year course
- Minimum of 1 year experience in property management
- Preferably a resident of Tagaytay or Cavite
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage operations independently
- Strong customer service orientation
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the property, including accommodations and farm activities
- Implement company management standards, operating plans, and programs
- Maintain the efficiency and adequacy of all equipment and facilities
- Coordinate with staff and third-party service providers to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment
- Ensure strict compliance with all government regulations and requirements
- Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes for customers
- Attend to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and coordinate special events or social activities for guests
- Implement and monitor safety and security policies across the property
- Maintain high standards of service delivery and cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee inventory levels and manage supplies such as food, water, linens, and cleaning materials
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
