Job Summary

The role supports production efficiency by managing sample transfers to Sales, monitoring processing activities, and compiling key reports. Responsibilities include tracking production output, preparing the monthly wastage report, posting manpower schedules, and maintaining production records for reporting and analysis.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling product samples transferred from the Production/Printing Department to the Sales Department and sales agents
• Monitors rolls processed for sheeting, ruling, slitting, and record book preparation for reporting to the PPIC Head and Production Manager
• Prepares the final monthly wastage report for submission to the President
• Posts the manpower work schedule every three (3) weeks
• Collects all production reports and calculates the monthly operations output for efficiency analysis
• Maintains and files production-related documents and records

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering preferably Industrial Engineering
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Program
• Ability to lead and work as part of a team.
