Helper/Stockman

Job Summary:

The Stockman/Helper is responsible for assisting in the proper receiving, storing, organizing, and issuance of stocks, supplies, and materials in the warehouse. He ensures accuracy of inventory, cleanliness of storage areas, and provides support in loading/unloading deliveries and other warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and store incoming stocks, supplies, and deliveries.
• Assist in unloading and loading of items, ensuring safe handling of goods.
• Organize and maintain stocks in the warehouse according to company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counting.
• Ensure accuracy of stock issuance to different departments or clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and stock areas.
• Assist in proper labeling, tagging, and recording of items.
• Support warehouse staff and other team members in day-to-day operations.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• With experience as stockman, warehouse helper, or related work is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Honest, hardworking, and reliable.
• Can work well under minimal supervision.
• Willing to render overtime if needed.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse / storage area environment.
• May require lifting, bending, and carrying heavy loads.
• May involve extended working hours depending on workload.
