  • Monitors, analyzes, and inspects the pasta products according to the standard
  • Checks/assesses raw materials for pasta production, does regular sampling, and monitors moisture, appearance, and cooking tests of pasta products.
  • Checks pasta products for deliveries before loading.
  • Assesses defective, rejected, and returned pasta products.
  • Physically inspect the incoming hard wheat semolina and other raw materials for pasta production.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Chemical Technology, B.S. Chemistry, or B.S. Food Science graduate, or any other related courses
  • At least six (6) months experience in a laboratory preferably in a food industry
  • Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Laboratory Practice
  • Computer literate
  • Must be amenable to working Mondays to Saturdays at Bagong Ilog, Pasig City
