Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction:

Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized recommendations and product information.
- Sales & Transactions:

Facilitate the sales process, process payments, and manage returns and refunds.
- Product Expertise:

Stay informed about new and existing products to effectively answer customer questions and suggest complementary items (cross-selling).
- Store Operations:

Maintain store appearance by keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise.
- Promotions & Merchandising:

Support store promotions, help with creating displays, and ensure sales goals are met.
- Inventory Management:

Assist with receiving new inventory and maintaining accurate records of products.
