Key Accountabilities:

1.     Ensure safe and timely transport of products, materials, and staff to areas of delivery or drop-off points.

2.     Prepare and ensure proper loading and unloading of materials and products for delivery in service units. Guarantee that the transported materials are protected and secured.

3.     Ensure that service units/vehicles are kept clean at all times (interior and exterior); conduct car washing/cleaning of the units regularly.

4.     Carry out routine checks on the service units/vehicles from engine to tires; perform periodic maintenance such as battery-changing and motor oil, and refueling.

5.     Prepare travel log report to record areas travelled to including travel time and work hours.

6.     Perform other undertakings as assigned by management such as AR collections, bank transactions (withdrawal and deposit), reloading of toll fees and others.

7.     Report any issue/concern on the vehicle that may impede transport service, as well as reporting of any accident, injury or damage to the vehicle.

8.     Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure safety of one's self, others, and the workplace.

9.     Provide excellent service by dressing professionally, being punctual and courteous at all times.

10.  Assist in kitting, packing, organizing, or other warehouse-related tasks when there are no assigned driving or delivery duties.
