The L300 Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently operating company vehicles (specifically the Mitsubishi L300) to transport personnel, materials, and other items as required. The role ensures timely delivery and adherence to all traffic, safety, and company regulations while maintaining the vehicle in excellent running condition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safely operate the company's L300 vehicle to transport employees, goods, and documents to designated locations.
  • Ensure punctuality and reliability in performing transport schedules.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks of the vehicle before and after trips (fuel, oil, tires, water, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle at all times.
  • Strictly comply with traffic laws, road safety standards, and company driving policies.
  • Record and monitor mileage, fuel consumption, and service schedules.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials or equipment as necessary.
  • Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
  • Perform messenger or delivery duties when needed.
  • Support other logistical or administrative functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • With valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1, 2) or higher.
  • At least 2 years of driving experience, preferably as a company or service driver.
  • Knowledgeable of basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Familiar with local routes, traffic regulations, and road conditions.
  • Physically fit, responsible, and trustworthy.
  • Can work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Field-based with frequent travel.
