Linked Helpers is actively seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant with proven experience working with US, Canada or Australian clients.
We are looking for a professional who can provide a high quality customer service experience while managing complex administrative workflows.
If you DO NOT have experience in medical customer service, DO NOT apply.
Starting Salary: 20,000PHP Per Month
Experience: Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Administrative, Medical - 2 years (Preferred)
Language: Fluent English (Required)
Responsibilities:
- Premium Client Relations: Deliver high-quality, professional customer service while maintaining composure under pressure.
- CRM & Data Management: Accurately manage CRM databases and administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Communication & Scheduling: Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and use scheduling software to maintain a perfectly structured, gap-free calendar.
- Proactive Operations: Follow up with clients, send reminders, and solve complex problems independently to fill operational gaps.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service for healthcare/medical environment
- Experience working with US, Canada, or Australian clients (required).
- Proficiency in CRM and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and highly demanding environment.
- Fluent in English.
