About the Job
We are looking for a Customer Support & Outbound Recovery Representative who enjoys helping people and can also do soft sales.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will answer questions, fix problems, and make sure every call shows our promise to give great service.
You will handle:
- Inbound calls – customers calling us for help
- Outbound calls – we call customers to save orders and subscriptions
If you have strong English, like solving problems, and can stay calm and organized, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Support
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional way.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with orders, shipping, billing, and subscriptions.
- Explain product and subscription details in simple terms.
- Escalate hard or unusual cases to a team lead or manager.
- Keep clear and detailed notes of every customer interaction.
Outbound Recovery & Sales
- Call customers whose payment failed, order did not go through, or who left items in their cart.
- Use our scripts to:
- Help them finish their order,
- Keep or restart their subscription,
- Offer simple upsell or cross-sell options when it makes sense.
- Ask for updated payment details when allowed and handle them carefully.
- Work to meet goals for:
- Contact rate,
- Orders and subscriptions recovered,
- Upsell / cross-sell results.
Tools & Processes
- Use a cloud phone system/dialer (like Five9).
- Use online CRMs and order systems to look up customer records.
- Follow tasks and updates in a project tool (like ).
- Follow all QA rules and be open to AI tools that review calls and give feedback.
Teamwork and Quality
- Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance rules, especially for health/supplement products and US call rules.
- Join coaching sessions and team meetings.
- Share feedback and ideas to help improve our service.
Requirements
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a BPO or call center (customer service preferred).
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound calls.
Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Able to work full-time US night shift, Monday to Friday (with possible rotating shifts and some weekends/holidays if needed).
Equipment Requirements
- Computer or laptop with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) processor, 2.10 GHz or higher
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Please be ready to share your upload and download speeds
- USB-connected, noise-cancelling headset
- Monitor with at least 1024×768 resolution
- Mouse or trackpad (mouse recommended)
- Quiet, distraction-free work area at home
