Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Restock shelves and ensure product displays are clean, organized, and well-presented
  • Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store, including the counter, shelves, floor, and glass walls and doors
  • Assist in receiving and checking deliveries
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Alert management of inventory shortages, security issues, or any operational concerns
  • Follow store policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Earned 72 academic units in college, or at least a Senior High School diploma
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and punctual

Working Conditions:

  • Convenience store-based environment (operating 24 hours)
  • Overtime may be required during busy periods
  • Standing and walking for extended hours during shifts
  • May require lifting and carrying merchandise
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
