What is your mission?

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V. You will handle infrastructure performance, security, capacity planning, and disaster recovery while collaborating with teams to ensure smooth operations. If you have experience with virtualized environments, storage networks, and cloud integration, this role offers opportunities to work on high-level infrastructure solutions.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Administer and maintain VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar virtualization platforms.
  • Monitor VM performance, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Manage virtual networking, storage configurations, and backup solutions.
  • Implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and security maintenance regularly.
  • Troubleshoot VM provisioning, migration, and performance issues.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
  • Ensure security compliance and conduct vulnerability assessments.
  • Manage user access controls and authentication systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support teams for hardware/software issues.

Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience managing virtualization environments (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V).
  • Experience with Tier 3–4 VMware issues: configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning.
  • At least 1 year of vSphere v8 experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration.
  • Knowledge of storage networks, Azure, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience in managed services environments with Change Management exposure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English with clear communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php90,000.00 per month
