What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain clean, well-documented data models with SQL and dbt.
  • Integrate and model data from first-party sources (CRM, event tracking) and third-party platforms (ad/media partners).
  • Use git for version control and collaborative code practices.
  • Work with BigQuery to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
  • Partner with data scientists, product engineers, and stakeholders to translate business logic into scalable data solutions.
  • Document data pipelines and definitions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role.
  • Advanced SQL skills with a proven record of building efficient queries and robust data models.
  • Proficiency with git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BigQuery or other cloud data warehouses.
  • Hands-on work with dbt for data transformations.
  • Knowledge of Python for scripting/automation.
  • Familiarity with or semantic layer tools.
  • Exposure to Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Experience with marketing/advertising data (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
