Finance Reporting Manager

- Client & Team Management: Onboarding new clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring service agreements are met. You will also supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of accounting professionals.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Ensuring all financial statements are accurate and comply with Philippine and International Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS/IFRS). This involves reviewing reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings to clients and management.
- Operational Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in processes and procedures, and managing the implementation of new systems and practices to increase efficiency and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting, with a focus on supervisory or managerial roles. You should have a solid understanding of PFRS and IFRS.
- Skills: Strong background in people management, excellent judgment, and familiarity with accounting software like Xero and Google Workspace. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
