What you will be doing

• You will be the front line of our debt collection business playing a key role across our organization.

• You will be a problem solver, so if you are curious and motivated to find answers, this job is for you

• You will be given a portfolio of accounts and will spend half your time investigating leads to trace and locate Customers and the other half negotiating to support Customers and find a sustainable way to resolve their financial problems.

This is an onsite job with very easy access to:

  1. EDSA main road from Ayala Makati.
  2. Ayala Malls & Supermarkets
  3. Coffee shops and Restaurants
  4. Public parking spaces

  5. Public Transportation & Terminal (Literally next to it)

  6. MRT Ayala Station

  7. Jeepney, Bus and other PUV transportation
  8. Taxi stop

What are we looking for?

  • Willing to work at our Ayala Makati office
  • Proficient in English (Verbal/written)
  • Confident, assertive, persuasive and resilient
  • Competitive, results-driven and hungry for success
  • Good problem solving abilities
  • Willing to be flexible with the assigned dayshift schedule (Earliest time 5:30am onwards)
  • Required to work on PH Holidays (With holiday pay) and AU Holidays. .
  • Proven record of being reliable and committed
  • Basic computer knowledge and internet navigation/researching abilities

IMPORTANT

Must have their authenticated documents or IDs that support SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and at least 2 valid IDs ready before applying
