Summary:

We are looking for a
Risk Policy Analyst (Unsecured)
to support the Customer Management Unit. The role involves ensuring proper policy implementation, monitoring policy effectiveness, and generating MIS reports to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the existing Customer Management Unit in policy execution.
  • Ensure proper implementation of risk policies for unsecured products.
  • Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Generate and analyze MIS reports to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in
    R
    ,
    SQL
    ,
    Python
    , or similar programming/data management tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree holder;
    Statistics
    ,
    Mathematics
    , or
    Economics
    preferred (Marketing background acceptable).
  • Minimum
    3 years of work experience
    preferred.
  • Background in
    credit analytics
    is an advantage.
