Bank Teller

Essential Functions of a Teller

  1. Check & cash count received from Service Supervisor

  2. Check & compute due of clients

  3. Receive payment & issue validated Official Receipts

  4. Receive deposits of clients, post transaction in Instafin & give validated duplicate copy of deposit slip

  5. Disburse withdrawals of Clients with validated copy of withdrawal slip & post transaction in Instafin

  6. Updating passbook

  7. Manual Renewal/Update Deposit Ledger

  8. Client Creation for Deposit

  9. Deposit Booking

  10. Loan Disbursement/transfer

  11. Reversal of Accounts payable/PPN refund

  12. Cash count & balance transactions

  13. Fill up Teller's Account & transfer cash to Service Supervisor

  14. Prepares dailly, weekly and month reports

  15. Filling of Forms (Posted Transactions in Instafin)

  16. Update Registry Book

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Finance or any related course

Must be willing to assign in any branches of AGRIBANK

Knowledgeble in handling cash

Knowledge of MS Office Programs, particularly Excel and Powerpoint

Good communication skills, oral and written

Customer service skills

With 1 year of Bank Teller experience is an advantage
