  • Selling Products
  • Study product knowledge and use it when presenting products.

Assembling

  • Ensure proper handling of knockdown items.
  • Assemble products with knowledge and care as emphasized in guideline and training

Inventory Management

  • Submit weekly sales report
  • Provide feedback on fast and slow-moving products to Supervisor for inventory adjustment.
  • Record and report to Supervisor issues regarding quality, damages, wrong tagging, and size.
  • Replenish selling area during lean hours to assure complete product selection and sizing.

Customer Service

  • Always project a happy and pleasing personality when interacting with customers.
  • Answer any inquiries about product, quality, promotions, and others.

Merchandising Display

  • Report any discrepancies or damages to store assets such as posters, signages, modules, racks, hooks.
  • Always keep the selling area clean and approachable.

Store Security

  • Avoid replenishing stocks during peak hours to minimize theft and pilferages.
  • Record and report instances to Store Department Manager (DM) or ASCs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Graduate / College Level
  • No prior experience needed (willing to be trained)
  • Hard working, Pleasing Personality, Quick-Learner, Communication Skills

  • Recommend products and highlight features based on customer needs.
  • Offer alternatives to unavailable products. Upsell when applicable and always highlight markdown or sale items.
