Biñan, Calabarzon, Philippines Viventis Search Asia, Inc Full time ₱200,000 - ₱250,000 per year

Contract: 3 Months (extension will depend on the performance or business needs)

Location: Laguna Technopark Biñan, Laguna (with shuttle)

Shift/Schedule: Monday to Friday / 8am-5pm

Key Role:

  • Responsible in billing preparation.
  • Routing of invoices in different business units
  • Enter to IMI system.
  • Coordinate internally with the accounting team.
  • Provide update to Finance Billing and Collections Team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 - 6 months experience in billing or any relevant experience to this position
  • Open for Fresh Graduates (with internship in accounting or related to this position is a plus)
  • Amenable to work in Technopark, Biñan, Laguna

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months
