Prep Cutter

Kaokee Singaporean Restaurant is currently looking for a Kitchen Cutter to join our growing culinary team.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
• Prior experience as a Kitchen Cutter or similar food preparation role is preferred
• Can work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Must be willing to be assigned to either our Makati or Podium (Ortigas) branch

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily ingredient preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, trimming, slicing, chopping, and portioning vegetables, meats, and seafood
• Ensure consistency in ingredient sizes and cuts according to kitchen standards and menu requirements
• Safely operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, peelers, and knives following proper handling procedures
• Monitor and organize inventory of raw ingredients in cold storage, ensuring proper labeling and rotation (FIFO)
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations strictly
• Assist with general cleaning duties in the kitchen as needed
