a) Work closely with Health and Safety Team in developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety initiatives aligned with local and national regulations and industry standards, ensuring operational compliance.

b) Provide guidance and support to employees and management on safety protocols, training programs/initiatives, and emergency response procedures, fostering a culture of safety and accountability within the team.

c) Assist on the regular health and safety walk-throughs, audit, and risk assessment

d) Performs other job-related functions from time to time.

e) Support Onboarding, Conduct safety training and education programs for employees (e.g. Mandatory Eight Hours Safety and Health Training; Emergency Response Simulation, Ammonia Drills, Fire and Earthquake Drills)

f.) Assist in OSH Trainings and maintain records of training sessions and certifications.
