AU Mortgage Credit Analyst/Underwriter

2–4 years minimum experience in mortgage credit assessment/underwriting (preferably Australian or NZ mortgages).

Hands-on exposure to end-to-end loan assessment: application review, serviceability calculation, risk analysis, and decisioning.

Strong background in document verification (income, tax returns, BAS, bank statements, identification, property valuation reports).

Experience applying Australian credit policies (Full Doc, Alt Doc, Near Prime).

Familiarity with regulatory compliance: NCCP, AML, KYC, responsible lending standards.

Proficiency in using Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and working in SLA-driven environments.

Prior work in a BPO/KPO mortgage process or directly with Australian banks/lenders is highly preferred.
