YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

The Endpoint System Administrator ensures secure, compliant, and efficient device management across platforms like SCCM, Intune, 1E, and Patch My PC.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE (Role Qualifications)

  • Endpoint Administration: 5+ years of experience
  • Microsoft Intune: 3+ years of experience
  • System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM): 3+ years of experience
  • Operating systems in Windows, macOS, Linux: 2+ years

ABOUT YOU (Skills and Experience)

  • Strong understanding of basic networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, and network troubleshooting tools
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting common IT issues related to hardware, software, networking, and peripherals
  • Knowledge of productivity tools, business applications, and cloud-based services
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and supporting technologies
  • Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for learning and handling new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Tech Stack You'll Use (About Your Responsibilities)

Endpoint Management

1. SCCM (Configuration Manager)

  • Manage and monitor SCCM infrastructure, including device collections, deployments, baselines, distribution points, and OS task sequences
  • Troubleshoot client issues, SCCM agent health, and optimize overall performance

2. Microsoft Intune

  • Oversee application deployments, device onboarding, compliance, and configuration profiles
  • Manage Intune policies, security baselines, and conditional access settings

3. 1E (Digital Experience Monitoring & Endpoint Automation)

  • Administer 1E tools (e.g., Tachyon) for endpoint automation, remediation, and digital experience scoring
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, automation runbooks, and provide analytics-driven insights

Patch Management

4. Patch My PC

  • Manage Patch My PC integration with SCCM/Intune for third-party patching
  • Validate, approve, and deploy automated application updates

5. Microsoft Patching (via SCCM & Intune)

  • Manage Microsoft patch cycles, deployment rings, and compliance reporting
  • Monitor and remediate patch deployment issues on non-compliant devices
