The Fixed Asset Assistant Supervisor oversees the company's physical fixed assets, ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role supervises the Fixed Asset team to ensure timely asset issuance, movement, tagging, and reconciliation, while driving process efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Fixed Asset Analysts in maintaining accurate and up-to-date asset records.
  • Oversee asset issuance, transfers, disposals, and physical inventory in line with company policies.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of fixed asset balances and proper documentation of transactions.
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Operations, and Procurement teams for asset-related activities.
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls and audit requirements related to fixed assets.
  • Prepare and review reports on asset movements, capitalization, and depreciation.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance asset management efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in fixed asset management, accounting, or related functions, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Strong understanding of Fixed Asset processes, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
  4. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.
  5. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Demonstrates leadership, adaptability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
