Position: Project Development Manager

We are looking for a Project Development Manager who will lead the end-to-end development of real estate projects — from conceptualization, feasibility studies, and design coordination to execution and turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and development of residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Conduct market studies and feasibility analyses to ensure project viability.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants during the design and planning stages.
  • Manage permits, regulatory approvals, and project documentation.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Construction teams for project alignment and success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate project development or management.
  • Strong background in project feasibility, planning, and coordination.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • With proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
