DWS Finance Manager (Compensation Control) - AVPDWS Group Manila, National Capital Region, PhilippinesPosition OverviewJoin us at DWS, a leading global investment management firm, as a Finance Manager (Compensation Control) - AVP. In this role, you will be responsible for producing monthly MI vs Plan, performing validations, reporting errors, and supporting disclosures on employee benefits. You will need to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain the DWS Compensation Control Framework.
We are looking forProven experience as a financial controller or auditor in a large financial institution or Big 4 audit firm. Experience with IAS19 and IFRS2 is preferred.
Strong control mindset and investigative skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proactive attitude with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
