Team / Division Overview The Regional Finance EMEA team analyzes and reports on the financial position and performance of DWS's EMEA entities and sub-businesses, ensuring timely, accurate reporting for decision-making and compliance.

Your Responsibilities Produce internal reports and analysis, discuss results with regional CFOs and FDs, and support DWS Group reporting. Prepare and review financials for regulatory submissions. Liaise with auditors to ensure accuracy of financial statements.

Review month-end results, identify control gaps, and plan risk mitigation. Complete monthly balance sheet substantiation, supporting accounts and addressing aged balances. Support ad hoc queries and reporting needs promptly and accurately.

Assist with project deliverables, reviews, and studies. Maintain operational guidelines, standards, KPIs, and procedures. Your Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field with accounting courses.

Experience in financial or management reporting, preferably in Financial Services, Audit, or BPO sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide solutions. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
