Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and attend design coordination meetings, technical discussions, and alignment sessions with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
  • Prepare and update design status reports, meeting minutes, and coordination logs for project monitoring and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with design teams and site engineers to clarify technical issues and resolve design conflicts.
  • Ensure that all design works comply with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.
  • Monitor design progress and ensure timely submission and approval of all design deliverables.
  • Promote effective collaboration, accurate documentation, and smooth communication among all project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in design coordination or civil design engineering within EPC, construction, or power industry projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, and other civil design and analysis software.
  • Strong understanding of civil and structural design principles and familiarity with Bess project standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordination and alignment
  • Experienced in conducting and attending design review meetings, coordination sessions, and technical alignments.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
