Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team, supporting large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 2D and 3D designs, collaborating with project stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables meet international standards and project requirements.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with advanced technical skills and strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings in Autodesk Inventor, covering dust extraction systems, conveyor structures, switchrooms, and mechanical equipment layouts.
  • Design piping systems, ductwork, pump skids, and steel supports for mining and processing facilities.
  • Perform model reviews and clash detection in Navisworks to identify and resolve design issues.
  • Support the Pre-Contracts team with engineering inputs for client proposals.
  • Participate in the design of HVAC and dust collector systems, ensuring alignment with project standards.
  • Contribute to the development of CAD templates, part libraries, and standard drafting workflows.
  • Coordinate with the Aerison Supervisor and project stakeholders to maintain smooth communication and workflow.
  • Create accurate 2D layouts, fabrication, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with project and site standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in mechanical design for industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Inventor (3D modeling, assemblies, sheet metal) and AutoCAD (2D/3D drafting).
  • Familiar with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Vault and BIM coordination tools is an advantage.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 and general documentation tools.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication, installation, and steelwork detailing.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight project deadlines.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
