Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the end-to-end setup and management
  • Develop strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals to drive traffic, boost sales, and create best-selling products.
  • Oversee data analysis, competitor research, and content optimization to refine live streaming performance.
  • Manage and train a local live streaming team (from setup to scale), ensuring operational efficiency and sales success.
  • Plan and execute TikTok live activities including inventory planning, product curation, host training, and on-site control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (can be flexible with strong experience).
  • 1+ year experience in TikTok/e-commerce live streaming (FMCG brands preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of TikTok operations, rules, and traffic mechanisms in the Philippines.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and ability to optimize for GMV, conversion, and traffic.
  • Leadership experience in managing a local live streaming team.
  • Fluent in English (working language). Chinese is a plus and can increase compensation.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with cold-start live streaming and creating best-selling products.
  • Familiarity with bags, accessories, or FMCG operations.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset – thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and self-motivate.
