Conduct thorough physical and functional assessments, documenting findings to guide care decisions and sharing insights with junior staff.
Use advanced assessment tools and scales to ensure accurate and consistent evaluations.
Collaborate with specialists for additional assessments or diagnostics as needed to support comprehensive patient care.
Develop individualized care plans based on clinical assessments and physician orders, ensuring alignment with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
Educate patients and families on treatment options and outcomes, empowering them to actively participate in care decisions.
Support junior nurses in understanding and implementing individualized care plans.
Oversee the safe and accurate administration of medications, monitoring for compliance with protocols and patient response.
Review medication orders with an emphasis on potential interactions, contraindications, and patient-specific concerns.
Serve as a resource for junior staff on safe medication practices and encourage adherence to safety protocols.
10.Create a supportive environment, promoting open communication and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
11.Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and identify potential hazards to ensure a safe clinical environment.
12.Lead hand hygiene practices and educate junior staff on infection prevention techniques and protocols.
13.Document and report incidents promptly, addressing any clinical or safety concerns in accordance with clinic protocols.

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
