  • Assist OIC/Restaurant Manager in managing store operations and report preparations.
  • Tracks monthly Food Service Cleanliness and Condition (FSCC) feedback, analyzes results and provides products/service improvement recommendations.
  • Handles customer complaint resolution based on standards and elevates to Area Manager/ Group Manager/ Managing Director/ Franchisees when needed.
  • Handles employee issue resolution and processing of disciplinary action cases of all employees/crews in the restaurant.
  • Prepares administrative tasks such as variance, sales compliance, timekeeping and payroll reports, etc.
  • Responsible for ordering, monitoring of incoming and outgoing of stocks.

Must be a graduate of any 4-year business course.

Experience in food industry is an advantage but not required.

Team player and fast learner.

With good decision-making and communication skills.

Willing to be assigned at Mang Inasal - Cotabato/City Mall/Sinsuat/KCC
