Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid System Administrator role located in Pasig. The System Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining company hardware, software, and networks to ensure smooth and secure IT operations. Daily tasks include troubleshooting and resolving system issues, performing system updates, implementing security measures, and supporting end-users with technical needs. Collaborating with the team, the System Administrator will proactively monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and ensure the efficient and secure functioning of IT resources.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in system administration tasks such as installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Experience in implementing and managing robust security protocols for IT systems
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and system performance monitoring tools
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support end-users
  • Ability to document processes and create clear technical documentation
  • Relevant certifications like CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or equivalent are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
