WE ARE HIRING: Barista / Cashier (Pasig City + Pop-Up Locations)

COLAB Cafe is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Barista/Cashier who will work both in-store and as an assigned barista for pop-up stores and booths during events and activations.

Job Description

The Barista/Cashier is responsible for preparing and serving quality beverages, handling customer transactions, and representing COLAB Cafe in both in-store operations and off-site pop-up events.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and basic food items according to company standards
• Operate POS system and handle cash and cashless transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service in-store and during pop-up events
• Set up, operate, and assist in packing down pop-up booths and mobile coffee stations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, counter, and work areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs
• Assist with basic store opening and closing duties
• Represent COLAB Cafe professionally during events, markets, and company activations
• Perform other tasks related to café and event operations as assigned

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate (college level is a plus)
• With or without barista experience (training will be provided)
• Experience in café, food & beverage, or customer service is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned to pop-up stores, booths, and off-site events
• Flexible with schedule, including weekends and events
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and team player
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking
