As a Nintex Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using Nintex platforms (K2, Nintex Automation Cloud, etc.).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into efficient workflows and forms.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and conduct thorough testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document business needs for automation.

• Designing application and workflow architecture that aligns with business goals.

• Building and implementing automated workflows and forms using Nintex K2, Smart Objects, and other Nintex tools.

• Performing unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality and support deployment to production environments.

• Providing Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting issues, and performing bug fixes and upgrades

• Tuning application performance for quality and responsiveness.

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all solutions.

• Working within project teams and potentially collaborating with vendors.

• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in automation and application development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience building a large number of both simple and complex Nintex workflows and forms.
• Experience with SharePoint and Power Automate, especially for workflow design and implementation.
• Experience in migrating existing workflows to new platforms or versions.
• Ability to design and implement new workflows and automate processes.
• Skill in identifying and resolving issues within Nintex workflows.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective communication and collaboration with international teams.

• Office Location: Panabo City, Davao Del Norte

• Preferred Applicants: Residents of Panabo City, Davao City, or within the Davao Region.

• Work Setup: Work from Home (WFH)

• Work Schedule: 3 PM – 12 MN

• Position: Full-time

• Weekends Off: Fixed
