Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution

  2. Act as a thought partner to the CEO and executive team, helping to drive the organization's strategy and initiatives forward.

  3. Monitor and ensure the execution of key company initiatives, projects, and goals.
  4. Develop and track the company's key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure leadership is aligned on priorities.
  5. Lead and/or facilitate cross-departmental strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.
  6. Operational Efficiency and Optimization

  7. Streamline internal processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

  8. Ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments, including healthcare, fintech, technology, and corporate operations.
  9. Implement systems for tracking progress, addressing challenges, and reporting on milestones across various business units.
  10. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  11. Serve as the liaison between the CEO, executive team, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring information flows efficiently across the organization.

  12. Manage executive communication, including key reports, presentations, and board materials.
  13. Represent the executive team in internal and external meetings, cultivating relationships with clients, partners, and investors.
  14. Help shape the company's external narrative, working with the PR and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging.
  15. Project Management and Cross-Functional Coordination

  16. Oversee and lead the planning and execution of company-wide projects, ensuring that teams meet deadlines and objectives.

  17. Manage and prioritize the CEO's time and commitments by providing detailed tracking and follow-up for ongoing projects.
  18. Leadership Team Support and Development

  19. Facilitate and organize leadership meetings, helping executives focus on strategic decision-making and company vision.

  20. Coordinate leadership offsites, workshops, and team-building activities.
  21. Mentor and support senior managers across various departments, helping them develop and execute their goals in alignment with the company's broader strategy.
  22. Assist with talent development and organizational culture initiatives.
  23. Help in identifying operational bottlenecks, managing risks, and implementing solutions to mitigate issues.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Business Management, or other related courses.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as Chief of Staff. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills with a history of driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with experience working with senior executives, investors, and external partners.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of business operations, finance, and growth strategies in healthcare, fintech, or tech.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, problem-solving abilities, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration platforms.
