Join us as a Specialist, S2P Central Services, where you'll support global business partners and ensure the smooth operation of Business Network and Content Management system. You will handle supplier onboarding and maintenance, resolve system issues, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and drive process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide 3rd-level support by analyzing, resolving, or escalating process and system errors to appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage supplier onboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate integration into the business network.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, providing guidance and support throughout onboarding.
  • Execute projects related to supplier onboarding workflows and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align on requirements, timelines, and compliance standards.
About Our Future Employee 

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sourcing and procurement related position, preferable in a supporting function. Knowledge of Ariba Network and Supplier Enablement is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in supplier onboarding and business network platform.
  • Supplier Relationship Management

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to grasp new topics quickly and to transport information/knowledge coherently to others
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English (fluent) in spoken and written
