Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for SAP S4/HANA-related inquiries and issues.

Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.

Provide timely resolution or escalation of issues to functional or technical teams.

Assist users with login/access issues, navigation, and basic SAP functionalities.

Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLAs are met.

Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues.

Support user onboarding, including account setup and basic training.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with implementation timelines.

Participate in testing and validation activities during system updates or changes.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.

Detail-oriented with good documentation and organizational skills.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced project environment and adapt to changes.
