Job Overview

You will design, develop, and optimize custom software solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will work closely with cross functional teams to build scalable, high-performing components while leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies. As an SME, you will guide the team in technical decision-making and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Job Responsibilities


• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP HANA SQL scripting.


• Lead, collaborate with, and manage the development team to ensure high performance.


• Take ownership of technical decisions and guide the team in implementing best practices.
• Partner with multiple teams and contribute to key architectural and strategic decisions.


• Provide effective solutions to technical challenges within and across multiple teams.
• Mentor team members and support ongoing knowledge sharing to elevate team capability.


• Analyze business and project requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications.


• Continuously assess and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Skills


• Expert proficiency in SAP HANA SQL Scripts Development.


• Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling.


• Experience in SQL query performance tuning and optimization.


• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.


• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Good-to-Have Skills
