What You'll Do

You'll be part of a team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Azure-based data and integration solutions that power the company's digital transformation initiatives. You will work end-to-end—from understanding data and integration requirements, to building secure and compliant solutions aligned with company's Architecture.

Your day-to-day will include building and testing integration pipelines, supporting user testing, ensuring production deployments follow company standards, and coordinating with both local and offshore teams. You'll also prepare technical documentation and help transition completed solutions to BAU support.

  • Create solutions in Azure that connect systems and move data.
  • Make sure everything follows the company's security and architecture rules.
  • Build, test, and fix the integrations yourself (hands-on coding).
  • Support testing teams and help solve issues before go-live.
  • Document what you built and teach the support team how to manage it.
  • Deploy the solution to production and help during hypercare.
  • Work with teams in the Philippines and offshore.


What You Bring

  • 2–3+ years of experience in data and integration development
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services such as: (Azure Data Factory (ADF), Data Lake Storage, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL / Synapse
  • Background in data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and both real-time & batch integrations
  • Strong understanding of Azure security standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience designing integration solutions aligned with architectural guidelines
  • Exposure to working with onshore/offshore teams
  • Bachelor's degree in ICT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Ability to follow structured DevOps, testing, and deployment processes
