Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily monitors delinquent accounts;
- Communicates with buyers thru calls to assist them in settling their accounts and addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts and payments;
- Proactively sending out friendly reminders to buyers with upcoming or overdue payments.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least College Graduate
- Experience in a BPO industry or with delinquent buyers is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity.
