Research and Development Technician

Assist immediate superior in Batch Trial Run of projects under INOZA and BFFI     Conduct packaging evaluation of samples for alternative suppliers, packaging review and modifications, and new products adhering to food safety and quality standards     Conduct shelf life study (laboratory and sensory evaluation) of new products, packaging and product improvements and other shelf-life studies, validations and extensions as requested and provide complete product shelf-life summary adhering to food safety and quality standards      Prepare complete and timely reports for all activities for documentation and compliance, regularly update monitoring sheets and report activity progress and concerns to immediate superior.     Conduct appropriate testing, time and motion, validations of product and procedures, sample preparations based on requested development adhering to food safety and quality standards Secure samples in storage area and assist superior in inventory audits for accounting of R&D samples for shelf-life, retention, batch trial runs, customers, etc Assist immediate superior in performing target KPI and annual activity plans Participate in trainings for skills and career development and personal growth as required by company and department Follow and observe company rules and regulations at all times.     Perform other related responsibilities as required.Job Requirements:Education: BS Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering and other related courseExperience < 2 years in the food industry particularly in R&DSpecial Skills Data analysis skills and technical report making
