What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mobile app development, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team of mobile developers
  • Strong proficiency in one or more mobile development frameworks, such as iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Java/Kotlin)
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and tools
  • Experience in project management, task prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and best practices
