Responsibilities

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across departments
  • Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management
  • Perform root cause analysis on financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations
  • Collaborate with operations and executive teams to align financial goals
  • Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and financial KPIs
  • Manage internal audits and support external audit processes

Qualifications

  • CPA
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or controlling
  • Strong command of financial modeling and analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in manufacturing or construction industries
  • Familiarity with Philippine tax regulations and BIR compliance
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
