About the role

Lizsil International Manpower Agency is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Healthcare Agent to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role in a hybrid work setup, where you will have the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site. What you'll be doing

  1. Providing high-quality customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in both verbal and written English
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for the healthcare industry
