E-comm Graphic Artist

We are seeking a talented and creative Ecommerce Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics that enhance our online presence, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase sales. You will be the visual storyteller for our brand across all digital touchpoints, from our website to our email campaigns and social media channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how design influences user experience and conversion rates in an ecommerce environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ecommerce Shop Design & Product Asset Creation:

2. Design and produce high-quality, conversion-optimized graphics for the company

ecommerce platforms, including homepage banners, promotional tiles, category

pages, livestream background, livestream product visuals, livestream GIFs, landing

pages etc.

• Create compelling and consistent product images, including lifestyle shots,

infographics, and feature call-outs.

• Ensure all product pages are visually appealing and informative by creating icons,

badges (e.g., "Bestseller," "New Arrival"), and comparison charts.

• Design user interface (UI) elements like buttons, icons, and navigational graphics to

improve the overall user experience (UX).

1. Marketing & Advertising Materials:

2. Design assets for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social

media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok), Google Display ads, and

retargeting banners.

• Develop engaging visuals that are mobile-responsive and on-brand.

• Create visuals for sales promotions, holiday campaigns, and new product launches.

• Brand Consistency & Guidelines:

• Uphold and evolve the company's brand identity across all ecommerce channels.

• Work within established brand guidelines for typography, color, and imagery to

ensure a consistent customer experience.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update brand guidelines as

needed.

1. Photo Editing & Retouching:

2. Perform photo editing, color correction, and retouching on product photography to

ensure a professional and consistent look.

• Remove backgrounds and create clean, white-background product cutouts.

• Create composite images and mockups to showcase products in use.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and target

audiences.

• Coordinate with the Ecomm Account team to ensure designs are technically

feasible, compliant to guidelines of platforms, and implemented correctly.

• Collaborate with brand managers to understand product features and benefits to

highlight them effectively.

• Coordinate with Livestream team to ensure designs and graphic creations are

applicable to Livestream requirement

1. Performance & Optimization:

2. Work side by side with the Media Buying Team to create visuals that have high

customer impression and engagement to the brand social media accounts and

ecommerce shops.

• Use data and A/B testing results to inform design decisions and optimize graphics

for higher conversion rates.

• Stay updated on the latest ecommerce design trends, best practices, and emerging

technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio

showcasing ecommerce and digital design work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and

Canva are essential.

• Strong understanding of fundamental design principles (layout, typography, color

theory, composition).

• Experience with photo editing and retouching.

• Knowledge of best practices for web and mobile design.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
